1. The Bye Elections to Ward No. V of Village Panchayat St. Estevam in Tiswadi Taluka, Ward No. VII of Village Panchayat Parcem in Pernem Taluka and Ward No. II of Village Panchayat Dramapur Sirlim in Salcete taluka will be held on held on 2nd July, 2023 (Sunday).
2. The Poll timings are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
3. District Collector North Goa and South Goa are appointed as the District Election Officers.
4. The Mamlatdar of Tiswadi , Pernem, and Salcete taluka are appointed as the Returning Officers and Awal Karkuns in respective Mamlatdar Offices are appointed as Asst. Returning Officers.
5. To monitor the enforcement of Model Code of Conduct General Observers and Expenditure Observer are appointed by State Election Commission. Also the flying squads shall be deployed by the District Collectors North Goa and South Goa.
6. The manner of voting is by Ballot.
7. The Model Code of Conduct is enforced in the areas under the jurisdiction of above referred Village Panchayat Wards till election process is completed.
8. The Counting Votes will be held on 3rd July 2023 from 8.00 am onwards at respective notified Counting centers.
9. The Maximum expenditure limit for candidate per ward is Rs. 40,000/-
10. The election Schedule is as follows:

| 5 Date and time of Counting. | Monday, 3rd July,2023 From 08.00 hrs. till the Counting of votes is completed. |
