Mapusa Police have arrested 03 persons in connection with threatening one Aldona resident.
As per SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi a complaint had been lodged by Mr. Swapnil Pednekar, age 23 yrs R/o Aldona, Bardez Goa alleging that he was taken in a car and further threatened with dire consequences to kill him and his family over some previous issues. Mapusa Police have arrested 03 accused persons namely 1. Mr. Dakshesh Kurpe, age 22 yrs, 2. Vicky Karande, age 22 yrs and 3 Suraj Yadav, age 22 yrs all native of Pune, Maharashtra. All accused persons are employee of main accused Mr. Pranesh Naik R/o Aldona Bardez Goa who is also an elected panch member of Aldona panchayat. An FIR under sections 342, 323, 506(ii) R/w 34 IPC has been registered. Further investigation is in progress under the supervision of SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi and SP North Nidhin Valsan.
