NATIONAL PRESS DAY PROGRAMME AT PANAJI ON NOVEMBER 16
PANAJI: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant will be the chief guest at the National Press Day programme to be held at Institute Menezes Braganza hall, Panaji at 10:30 am on Monday, November 16.
Secretary (Information and Publicity) Sanjay Kumar will be the guest of honour and Director of Information and Publicity Sudhir Kerkar will be present.
On the occasion, five senior journalists will be honoured for their contribution to the profession while, Lifetime Achievement Award, State Journalist Awards and Photo contest awards wil be presented to the winners.
The function is organised by the Department of Information and Publicity in association with the Goa Editor’s Guild, Goa Union of Journalists, Photo Journalists Association Goa, Sports Journalists Association Goa, Electronic Media Journalist Association and South Goa Journalists Association, Margao.
