Complainant: Mr. Shyam S/o Nilkant Vengurlekar, Age 55 years
Accused: Mr. Peter S/o Late Jacinto Vaz, Age 71 years, R/o H. No. 270, near Titto, Dongri, Mandur, Tiswadi Goa
: On 18/08/2023 at 08.00 hrs at Survey No. 2/1-A, Padribhat, Mandur, Tiswadi – Goa.
On the date, time and place mentioned above, the above noted accused came when the complainant along with his brother Shri. Sushant Vengurlekar and others were cleaning his property, and started abusing the complainant with filthy language and further threatened the complainant to kill with pistol and thereafter pointed towards complainant’s brother namely Shri. Sushant Vengurlekar and fired, further also pointed towards complainant and fired, thereby attempted to commit murder of the complainant and his brother and further fled away from the spot along with his scooter
• Hence offence U/s 504, 506 (il), 307 IPC and Sec 27 of Arms Act.
On receipt of the information of above cognizable offense a team were formed consisting of PSI Ramesh Harijan, PC Aditya Mardolkar, PC Raju
Attar, PC Rohit Yadav, PC Raghoba Parsekar, PC Puresh Hadconkar under leadership of PI agacain Nitin Yadav IPS and after getting reliable information the accused was apprehended within two hours at Panaji and brought to the Police Station.
During the course of interrogation he confessed the commission of crime and thereafter the weapon is recovered at his instance.25 bored pistol make-Zehna having 5 rounds and 2 used for fire on the complainant)
