In a solemn ceremony at Aguada Fort on the occasion of Goa Revolution Day, Shri Rohidas Ragunath Naik Desai, President,of the Goa Daman and Diu Freedom Fighters Association along with family of freedom fighters, laid floral tributes at the statue of Dr.Ram Manohar Lohia,a great revolutionary today.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Rohidas Ragunath Naik Desai highlighted Dr Ram Manohar Lohia’s substantial contributions to the liberation of Goa from Portuguese rule.
Also present on the occasion were Freedom fighters Shri Prabhakar D.K Naik ,Shri Raia Shirodkar, Shri Keshavrao Santaba Naik Vaidya,Shri Dashrath Naik,Shri Dhiraj Chandrakant Pednekar,Shri Vidyadhar Agarwadekar,Shri Yeshwant Malik,Shri Arun Digambar Gawas among others.
