The seminar on “Exploring Cross Border Opportunities in Trade and Commerce,” organised by World Trade center Goa in association with Samaroh women’s associative network, gathered women leaders and business experts to discuss trade and women empowerment, across state borders. Key speakers included Ms. Revati Sanzagiri, Ms. Sarrika Deshmukh, Dr. Jennifer Lewis Kamat, Ms Chitra Kshirsagar, and Ms Asha Vernekar. They highlighted the importance of women’s self-investment, mental health programs, export strategies, and market readiness. The panel discussion featured inspiring journeys from women entrepreneurs like Ms. Chitra Kshirsagar and Ms. Prerna Pawaskar, and was moderated by Pradnya Rane, the founder and managing trustee of Samaroh. The discussion sparked ideas on collaboration across regional borders as promised. The event concluded with a lively Q&A session and a vote of thanks by Mr. Cyril Desouza, Assistant director of trade promotion for World Trade Center, Goa.
