40-YEAR-OLD ARRESTED FOR KIDNAPPING A MINOR GIRL
PONDA: The Ponda Police arrested Nilesh alias Ritesh Naik (40) of Bhoma in Ponda taluka on the charge of kidnapping a minor girl.
The accused had kidnapped the victim on November 3 and was absconding since then, police said.
The police nabbed him along with the girl at Sanvordem on Sunday. The Ponda Police have registered a case against Nilesh Naik under section 363 of Indian Penal Code and under section of 8 of Goa Children’s Act
