That on 14th August 2024, between 18:30 hours and 00:15 hours of 15th August 2024, a narcotic raid was conducted by the staff of Anti-Narcotic Police Station, Panaji, Goa, led by PSI Sunil Falkar, along with two Pancha witnesses, at a location near Sateri Temple, Marathawadda, Mandrem, Pernem, Goa.

The raid resulted in the arrest of Konstantin Marzli, a 42-year-old Russian national, presently staying at H. No. 282, Near Sateri Temple, Marathawadda, Mandrem, Pernem, Goa. The accused was found in an illegal possession of 29 grams of suspected hydroponic weed/Ganja, worth Rs. 1,16,000 and 500 grams of suspected Ganja, worth Rs. 50,000

The total value of the suspected drugs seized is Rs. 1,66,000. The articles are attached under Panchanama.

A case has been registered at Anti-Narcotic Police Station vide ANCPS Crime No. 14/2024 under Section 20(b)(ii)(A) of the NDPS Act-1985 against the accused.

The accused has been placed under arrest after duly following Supreme Court guidelines.
