CALANGUTE CONSTITUENCY FORUM OBJECTS CONSTRUCTION COMING UP NEAR FORT AGUADA

Flagging yet another illegality, the Calangute Constituency Forum along with villagers of  Sequerim and Candolim  protested  construction coming up near the Fort Aguada in Candolim, citing that it violates CRZ norms.  Speaking to media,  Calangute Constituency Forum  president Premanand Diukar along with advisor Agnelo Baretto,  said although the construction is in full swing, there is no board displaying the details of the project or the required permissions and NOCs, which  has done irreparable damage to the ecology of the area and urged  authorities to intervene immediately and bring the work to a halt.
