FORMER UNION MINISTER RAMAKANT KHALAP CONDOLES AHMED PATEL’S DEATH

Former Union Minister Ramakant Khalap has condoled the Congress Party stalwart and MP Ahmed Patel.

In his condoilence message, Khalap said, “I am deeply shocked and saddened by the news of sudden demise of my good friend and Congress Party stalwart Ahmed Bhai Patel. We met several times in Delhi where we exchanged views, plans and ideas for strengthening the country through peace and harmony among its people and all-round development of the country.

He used to cherish the loafy principles enshrined in our constitution and was a relentless crusader for unity of Indians.  He was virtually an encyclopedia of knowledge about the Congress Party, its strengths and weaknesses as well as about Party leaders and workers spread all over the country.”

Khalap said Patel was rightly called the right hand man of the Congress President. In his death the Congress Party has lost a Stalwart. The vacuum created by his death will be difficult to fill. I pray Almighty that his soul rests in peace.
