PANAJI: Goa Forest Development Corporation (GFDC) has invited bids from individuals and self help groups for the collection of cashew nuts and cashew apples from the various cashew plantations under the jurisdiction of GFDC in the State of Goa.
The form for registration of the bidders will be sold through the respective ranges on receipt of one-time non-refundable payment of Rs 500 (plus GST) per bidder/ SHG from September 23 to October 7 at GFDC, Range Office, Shelar, Canacona, GFDC, Range Office, Forest Colony, Quepem, GFDC, Range Office, Forest Colony, Ponda, and GFDC, Range Office, Gimai Wada, Morlem Sattari.
Bidding shall be through sealed tender forms and both individual as well as SHG bids shall be accepted. Sealed Tender/ bid boxes will be placed at each range office.
The bids/tenders shall be opened in front of the bidders at each range at 11 am on October 15 at Canacona (Mohandas Naik, RFO, contact no 9823987100). On October 17 at Quepem (Bipin Phaldessai, RFO, contact no 9158927106). On October 22 at Ponda ( Pranay Naik, RFO, contact no. 7798986166) and similarly on October 24 at Morlem (Prajyot Naik, RFO, contact no. 7798986079).
