PANAJI: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant said the forces need to be ready for any eventuality with continuous training and upgradation. Sawant was speaking after inaugurated the training camp for the Goa State Disaster Response Force along with Fire & Emergency Services in the presence of DGP Goa Alok Kumar, Director of Fire & Emergency Nitin Raikar and Commanding Officer of 5th Btn of NDRF Santosh Bahadur Singh.
Speaking further, Sawant said the Goa govt has constantly strengthening the Disaster Response Forces in the state with equipment, technology and human Resources and congratulated Goa Police, NDRF, and SDRF for organising the training program.
