HARMAL: Students of Harmal Panchakroshi Shikshan Mandal’s Nursing College visited Indian Red Cross Society State Branch, Goa. The students during their visit, evinced keen interest in the working of the Indian Red Cross Society. Chairman of the IRCS Goa Branch Gaurish Dhond interacted with the students about the activities of the society , the first aid care and how the Indian Red Cross Society members interact with victims who face sudden emergency situations.
Dhond talked about the founder and the work of the Indian Red Cross Society. He highlighted his team’s commitment to delivering first aid assistance, sharing real-life scenarios where such aid was crucial. He stressed the essence of first aid as immediate care, particularly for individuals experiencing cardiac arrest.
General Secretary of iRCS Goa Branch John Aguiar was also present.
The students expressed gratitude to the Indian Red Cross Society for their invaluable assistance and the enriching learning experience.
