
PANAJI: Four distinguished women from Goa, recognized for their significant contributions in the realms of social, cultural, and educational initiatives, will receive the “Agresar Bharat Tejaswini Sanskruta Award 2025.”
This honor will be presented during a ceremony hosted by Maharshi Dhondo Keshav Karve’s SNDT Women’s University and Agresar Bharat Sanstha, coinciding with International Women’s Day on March 8 in Pune.
The recipients of the award include Dr Sneha Bhagwat, an expert in Ayurveda and a dedicated social worker; Siddhi Prabhu Parob, the founder of Deendayal Vidyalaya and a committed social worker; Manjiri Jog, a special educator and social worker; and Sandhya (Rohini) Kulkarni, a senior music teacher active in both Belgaum and Goa. Union Minister of State Muralidhar Mohol will serve as the chief guest at the event, where he will honor the awardees in the presence of Vice-Chancellor Ujwala Chakradev, and Vinit Gadgil, founder of Agresar Bharat.
