District Superintendent of Police, North has ordered, that no person or class of persons will convene or collect as an assembly, will take out any procession or stage any demonstration on the road, street or thoroughfare, will hold public meeting, except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of license issued in this behalf by the undersigned and do hereby require that every such person or class of persons intending to convene or collect such assembly and take out processions/demonstrations individually, collectively or otherwise will apply to the undersigned for a license well in advance.
In no case, procession, morcha, rally, dharna etc. will be allowed within the radius of 500 meters around the Assembly Complex at Porvorim and area under Panaji Police Station as promulgated U/s 144 Cr. P. C. by the District Magistrate, North Goa, from March 27, 2023 till 4th Session of the Eight Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa gets over.
