BRIEF FACT
That on 28/02/2023 at 02:00 hours Crime Branch PS Cr. No. 26/2023 U/s 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985, stands registered upon the state complaint of PSI Jairam Kunkalkar attached to Crime Branch, Ribandar to the effect that on On 27/02/2023 in between 21.00 hours to 23.00 hours , below the flyover at Banastari Junction, Ponda-Goa Goa accused Sukesh Kumar s/o Rajendra Singh, age-24, n/o Koraiya, Chepkia, Dhanbad, Chipkia, Jharkhand, 828109, presently residing at Shahin contractor, Near Saraswati Temple, Verem, Betim-Goa was caught red handed for being in possession of black colour shoulder bag, containing in it transparent polythene bag containing in it greenish colour flowering and fruiting tops of a plant suspected to be narcotic drugs Ganja weighing 1.100 Kgs, along with one Suzuki Access scooter bearing No.GA-04-J-8076, worth Rs.1,10,000/- approximately in the international market, same is attached under search panchanama.
