Panaji: June 14, 2023: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant will launch the mascot for the upcoming 37th National Games at Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium-Taleigao on June 18, 2023 at 03:45 pm. The Mascot launch ceremony is organized by the Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs and the Sports Authority of Goa and will be held on the auspicious occasion of Goa Kranti Din.
Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur, Sport Minister Shri Govind Gaude, Chairman, Indian Olympic Association Dr. P.T Usha and Olympic Medalist & Padma Vibhushan Awardee, Smt MC Mary Kom, Chief Secretary Shri Puneet Kumar Goel, IAS will be present on the occasion.
