Goa Pradesh Congress Committee president Amit Patkar condemned Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho’s statement regarding implementation of scrapping of 15 years old vehicles and questioned him whether he has taken stakeholders such as taxi and bus operators and mining dependent into confidence before implementing the policy.
