CONGRESS TO OBSERVE NEHRU’S BIRTH ANNIVERSARY

PANAJI: Goa Pradesh Congress Committee will observe the 131st birth anniversary of first Prime Minister of India Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru on Thursday, 12th November at Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) auditorium, Panaji as Diwali falls on 14th November/

On the occasion, a symposium on “Nehruvian Ideology ad Nation Building” will be organised. Eminent journalist Sandesh Prabhudessai and Konkani writer Anant Agni will deliver the keynote addresses.

Prominent leaders of the Congress party will participate in the programme.

All the Congress workers are requested to attend the programme.

Moreover, Nehru’s birth anniversary will be celebrated at the Congress office, Panaji and district Congress committee offices at Margao and Mapusa on 14th November at 10 am.
