The Department of Tourism conducted a screening to choose the King Momo from a total of 6 applicants participating in the selection process. Mr. Clive Anthony Gracias was selected as the King Momo for Carnaval 2024, his selection was based on his pleasing personality, excellent communication skills and presentation.
Clive, a Resident of Chinchinim, Goa has harboured the dream of being the King Momo since his childhood, and his selection for the prestigious role is a testament to his unwavering commitment to the cultural vibrancy of Goa.
