PANAJI: The Directorate of Art and Culture is organizing a special exhibition of display of paintings and sculptures by Goan artists in commemoration of centenary birth year celebration of Goa’s legendary writers late Ravindra Kelekar and late Manohar Rai Sardesai during the annual national level folk dance festival “Lokotsav 2025” organized from 17th to 26th January at Kala Academy, Campal-Panaji.
The exhibition display will boost an opportunity to the artists to showcase their creations during the annual ten days national level folk festival and further promote their talent to benefit them monetarily through sale of their artworks by the respective artists during the event.
Entries are invited from Goan Artists to submit one artwork/sculpture each on January 13th & 14th, during office hours at Kala Academy, Campal-Panaji. The artwork has to be of minimum 2ft to maximum 5ft and Sculpture minimum 4ft to maximum 7ft for display.
The participation forms are available at the Directorate of Art and Culture, Sanskrtui Bhavan, Patto- Panaji. All the participants will have to submit the entries enclosing the participation form, brief bio-data and a passport size photo at the time of the submission.
