The Commission of Enquiry, Land Grabbing Cases, State of Goa has informed that, in response to the Notification published in the local daily “Bhaangarbhuin” in Konkani dated February 8, 2023, “Pudhari” in Marathi on February 9, 2023 and “Goan Everyday” in English on February 8, 2023, the first hearing of the 44.F.I.R’s/ Crimes was heard by the Chairman Commission of Inquiry, Land Grabbing Cases, State of Goa on March 1, 2023.
The general public and interested parties are informed to submit complaints/ replies / documents pertaining to their claims for illegal and grabbing done in the State of Goa by creating forged documents to the Commission. The Commission has also directed to issue Notices to the accused persons involved in more than one crime of Land grabbing cases U/S 8-B of the Commissions of inquiry Act, 1952. The next date of hearing is fixed on March 20, 2023 at 11.00 a.m. in the office of the Chairman, Commission of Inquiry, land Grabbing cases, 5th Floor, Patto, Panaji – Goa.
