• Government known for Prodigal Spending on Events. Same Funds could be used for saving Heritage, Water Bodies to ease Water Crisis.
• This Government takes pleasure in Fighting against Citizens, Environmentalists, Social Activists defending Unconstitutional and Anti-People Amendments.
• Chief Minister gives impression of announcing Bonanza for Tribals. In reality, Schedule Tribes remain completely neglected.
• Capital City Panaji stands drowned under Casinos and destroyed under Smart Mission Works.
• Government has become Insensitive towards Common People by increasing Power Tariffs. Huge arrears from Power Guzzlers remain unrecovered.
• Government hiked VAT on Petrol and Diesel and increased Financial Burden on Goans.
• There is steep rise in Fees and Fines. This is Post Budget Tampering.
• Repeated use of word Swayampurna Goa in Budget does not make Goa Swayampurna. Goa is now Swayampurna in Drugs, Crimes, Land Mafia, Beggar Mafia, Casino Mafia.
• CM Dr. Pramod Sawant was groomed in Leadership Qualities under Nehru Yuwa Kendra. He should know that he is CM today and I am MLA because Nehru respect identity of Goa.
• Budget speaks of Double Engine impact but does not put in perspective Double Engine threat to Goa.
• CM takes pride in 100 % Saturation in Goa in respect of majority of Schemes of Government of India.
• PM- Surya Ghar Yojana, there were 9000 applications but only 379 got selected.
• Manohar gains Dabolim looses seems to be the Trend. Has CM taken cognizance of the impact on Economy of South Goa?
• IPB Projects only remain on Paper. How many approved Projects are actually established? How many have commenced operations and how many Locals are employed?
• Tourism Sector is on a downfall. International Tourist arrivals have reduced drastically in last four years.
• CM says State received 750 crores from Government of India as Grant-in-Aid. For current Financial year the figure is 1506 crores. This is almost 100% rise. This is Super Ambitious Estimate.
• CAG has Red Flagged the State about rising Debts. The State is paying 2000 crores interest to service these Debts.
• The Debt per Citizen is 2.5 lakhs. This is significant liability that affects overall well-being of families.

• Last 12 years Government has lost 30000 crores due to Stoppage of Mining.
