The Jawahar Bal Manch-Goa was Launched under the leadership of Mrs. Pelajia Jewet Pires, State Chief Coordinator in the presence of National Coordinator JBM Ms. S. Vaishakha Rhinich.

On the occasion of 152nd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation, it is a proud moment for every Indian to celebrate his birth anniversary, his life as an example to all of us. Jawahar Bal Manch organised an elocution competition for children titled “Back to Gandhi” so that the children could can express their views and importance of Gandhiji’s teachings of non violence. There were 27 children who participated in the elocution competition conducted in two categories of Sub-Junior and Juniors.
Jawahar Bal Manch is an important Department under the All India Congress Committee to teach young children aged 7 years to 18years the ideals of Secularism, Democracy and impart Holistic education to uphold the Indian Constitution.
