That on 09.10.2023 Mother of victim girl R/o Mapusa, Bardez, Goa lodged complaint that on 09.10.2023 Complainant’s girl aged 31 years , was lured by accused saying he will get her Pan Masala and accused Person took Complainant’s girl aged 31 years with him, wrongfully confined her in his room and thereafter accused Person had forcible sexual intercourse with her
In this respect Mapusa Police Station Cr. No. 185/2023 U/Sec 342, 376 (2)() (I) IPC , Sec
92-D of Right of Persons with Disabilities Act registered.
Further, under leadership of Dy. SP Jivba Dalvi, PI Shitakant Nayak constituted different teams with instructions to collect the intelligence about accused involved.
Further, staff of Mapusa Police Station after thorough human and technical surveillance apprehended and arrested accused
Mr. Vijay S/o Kashmiri, aged 21 years R/o Gaunsawado, Mapusa, Bardez ,Goa N/o Chhattisgarh on 09.10.2023 within two hours. Accused remanded in Police Custody.
