In a gesture of support and commitment to the farming community, Cumbarjua MLA Rajesh Faldessai has personally provided financial assistance of ₹5,000 each to numerous farmers in Cumbarjua on Monday. The recent incessant rains have caused extensive damage to their fields, leading to significant crop loss.
During his recent visit to the affected areas, MLA Faldessai inspected the fields and interacted with the farmers to understand their plight. Following his visit, he communicated with the Chief Minister and secured a commitment from the government to provide additional assistance to the impacted farmers.
“I will always stand by the farmers and those providing us with food grains because, due to their hard work and toil, we get our food. Whenever the people from my constituency need me and are in a problem, I will stand by them,” stated MLA Rajesh Faldessai.
