NARI NYAY ANDOLAN

On 29th of July, at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, All India Mahila Congress called for NARI NYAY ANDOLAN where we had placed 3 demands of Aadhi Abadi Pura Haq. Of 70 thousand crore mahilas.

1. Political Empowerment- Women Reservation Act 2023, should be implemented immediately; whereby more women leaders would come in forefront.
2. Economic Empowerment- Implement Mahalaxmi Yojana of Congress
3. Right to Social Justice & Security of Women
   From 1st August to 15 August 2024 we had noticed 3-4 incidents which has come to notice. The entire country was shocked by these gruesome acts.
   If doctors who are Life Saviours are not safe in a place like Medical College; then how parents will send their daughters outside for higher studies?
   How the society will progress if Aadhi Abadi ie70 thousand crores are not highly qualified? This is my question to the present dispensation who cannot protect our young girls & women.
   We demand that for doctors Central Protection Act should be immediately implemented & the culprit should be brought to book & stringent of the stringent punishment should be given to the Culprit/ culprits
   Incidents mentioned by Mahila President Beena S. Naik are as follows:
4. Young lady doctor from West Bengal.
5. In Bihar’s Muzzafarpur young student of 9 th std. Was kidnapped, raped & brutally murdered. Her private part was stabbed many a times, one side of her breast was chopped & next day thrown bleeding on road with face covered
6. In Rudrapur pvt. hospital, one Staff nurse was raped & murdered. Her face was totally smashed with stones
7. In Rajasthan one deaf & dumb girl was kidnapped, raped & murdered.
8. In Rajasthan one husband tied his wife by rope to his byke

All these happened in last 15 days

5. Ankita Bhandari from Uttarakhand– till date the family is asking for justice
6. Pranjal Revanna from Karnataka—PM gave ticket to him & also campaigned for him
7. Vinesh Phogat — who have Gold medal to our nation. No one knows what transpired in Paris.
8. In Rewa, MP, 2 women were literally buried under the ground
9. In Goa, till date no justice for Sidhi Naik.
   2 lakh, 43 thousand minor girls’ cases of kidnapping, molestation rape & murdered are pending.
   My question to the present dispensation is:
10. Why more Fast Track courts have not been established?
11. Why more judges are not appointed?
12. Why Central Protection Act for doctors is not implemented?
13. Why the Justice is delayed? Justice delayed is Justified denied.
14. Stringent measures should be taken against the culprits
    At the end all Mahilas of Congress lit the candles & paid their last respect towards the bereaved & stood by the victim’s family.
