Private Schools Principals Association(PSPA) and All-Goa Government Recognised Unaided Schools Association (AGGRUSA) organised a two-days National Conference of School Leaders & Educators
05th & 06th May , 2023, at NIO AUDITORIUM GOA. About 250 delegates from various states across India and Educators from the state of Goa attended the Conference.

The Conference focused on the theme of “REIMAGINING SCHOOL LEADERSHIP at NEP 2020” and featured esteemed speakers from all over the country.

Mr. Shailesh Zingade, Director of Education, Govt of Goa, was the Chief Guest who inaugurated the Conference in the presence of Mr. Vivek Atray, Ex IAS officer, and Mr. Ashok Pandey, Honorable Chairman of PSPA.
Eminent speakers such as Vivek Atray, Former IAS officer, Ashok Pandey, renowned educationist, Lina Ashar, founder of Billabong High, Dr. Swati Popat Vats, President of ECAI & APER, Anand Munshi, motivational speaker, Prof. Rishikesh from Azim Premji University, Andy Gray, former principal of Sanawar School, Francis Joseph, Executive Director of GEMS Education, and Sanjay Radhakrishnan, Secretary, ASEC, addressed the audience on a range of topics.
The conference covered various essential subjects beneficial to educators and school leaders, including the importance of schools and society, preparing for the implementation of NEP 2020, and leading schools in the digital era.

Dr Rajendra Prasad, President of PSPA, expressed his gratitude to Mr. Vijay Shetti, President, Mr. Deepak Khaitan, Founder President & Treasurer, and Mrs. Elizabeth Valsan, Secretary of AGGRUSA from Goa, for their exceptional support.

Several education-related associations extended their support to this conference, aiming to benefit the teaching community. These include AGGRUSA from Goa, Cosmopolitan Education Society – Mumbai, GEBCI, GMA, Montfact Academy, MESTA, and Mahasahodaya from Maharashtra.
The conference was well received by school leaders and educators, who expressed their appreciation for the professional organization of the event and the valuable learning experience it provided.
The PSPA organizers, including President Dr. Rajendra Prasad, General Secretary Mr. Mirash Kareem, Vice President Mr. Phanindra Bora, and members Eileen Jethro, Deepak Raj Singh, and Dhananjay Sirur, expressed their gratitude to all the delegates, patrons, and partners for their participation and support.

The two-day conference concluded with closing remarks from Mr. Dhananjay Sirur, Joint Secretary of PSPA, who thanked everyone for their active participation and contributions.
