One month back we had launched an email id publicsuggestions@goaforward.in and had given a deadline of 5th July 2024 to give public suggestions for the upcoming assembly session. Till yesterday we have received 2175 emails . Most of them are common such as price rise, MoneyKiBaat in various Govt departments, unemployment, regularization of Govt employees in various departments, Failure of Govt to solve public grievance, Mhadei, Retrenchment of Goans in private industries etc.
- We have filed total a of 54 Starred LAQ, 450 Unstarred LAQs, which totals to around 504 LAQs.
- We shall be taking up 18 Zero Hour, 18 Calling Attentions, Three Private Member Resolution which includes Status of Football Clubs and Future of Football in the State, Law to protect the rights of Goan Employees in private sector. We have also moved a private member bill (The Goa State Employment Of Local Candidates Bill 2024) which will force the private companies to recruit 80 % Goans.
