South Goa MP Captain Viriato Fernandes   said although  South Goa District Hospital declared best hospital  under the National Quality Assessment Standard,  Lakshya and Muskan  by the Central agency but the hospital  facing  shortage of manpower of doctors, nurses, technician and non-medical staff. Viriato Fernandes was speaking to media after surprised visit in the hospital on Friday  wherein  he discussed shortfalls in hospital with superintendent  Dr Rajendra Borkar  and  urged government to enhance all these shortfalls in the hospital.
