  3. TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE IN BHATLEM FOR CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WORK

PANAJI: As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the city’s infrastructure, Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Ltd (IPSCDL) announces the temporary closure of a crucial road section in Bhatlem. This necessary measure is being undertaken to facilitate critical interconnection work. The stretch, spanning from Ram Mandir to Sitabai Complex, will be completely closed to all vehicular movement from 21st February (Friday) to 23rd February (Sunday). During this period, residents and commuters will not have access to the road and alternative routes will have to be used.

To minimize inconvenience, IPSCDL has implemented traffic diversions: Commuters traveling from St Inez and Taleigao to 4 Pillar Junction via Bhatlem are advised to take a diversion through Altinho. Similarly, those commuting from Panaji and St Cruz to Ram Mandir Junction should re-route via Rua de Ourem.

IPSCDL appeals to residents, business owners and daily commuters to co-operate  to facilitate the successful execution of these essential works.
