Panaji: A lady hailing from South Goa on Friday evening got her head shaved ball to protest against Manipur’s violence, specifically against the women being paraded naked at the protest organised by the Goa Pradesh Youth Congress at Azad Maidan on Friday.
She said, ” I am doing this out of my will, and no one has forced me to do this. The situation in Manipur is terrible. I pray that it improves soon.”
