BE THE CHANGE” | An initiative by EP Biocomposites Ltd

The vision of EP Biocomposites Ltd is to contribute towards Clean, Green & Safe
Environment. With 22nd March being the World Water Day, we at EP Biocomposites Ltd
have taken an initiative in association with Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID),
Indian Plumbing Association (IPA), The Institution of Engineers, India (IEI) &
The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI)
organizing an event on the topic of “BE THE CHANGE” – Reduce | Replenish
|Recycle.
As the purpose of World Water Day is to remind us the importance of water and the
sustainable management of water resources, we would want to run this event as a campaign
called “BE THE CHANGE”, we would focus on the sustenance of water and discuss various
solutions related to water conservation and recycling.
On 24th March 2023 (Friday) we are organizing a physical event at Terminal Banquet,
Caculo Mall – Panjim Goa. The event will witness eminent speakers from Goa in form of
keynotes & Panel Discussion on the crucial topic of Water.
Along with Mr. Rajkumar Kamat, Founder & Managing Director of EP Biocomposites
Ltd., Eng.Sandeep Nadkarni, Former Chief Engineer of the Water Resources
Department, Dr Pradip Surmokadam – Member Secretary Goa State Biodiversity
Board, Mr. Nilesh Salkar, Chairman – CREDAI Goa, Eng Ashok Joshi – President –
Indian Plumbing Association, Ar Krishna Phaldesai, Chairman – Indian Institute of
Interior Designers, Goa, Eng Gajanan Karkare, Chairman – The Institution of Engineers
India, Ar Darpana Athale – Association of Designers of India are some of the names
who will be presenting their views on sustainable practices related to Water.
The Guest of Honour for the event are Shri. Nilesh Cabral – Hon’ble Minister of
Environment and Shri. Subhash Shirodkar – Hon’ble Minister for Water Resources
Department who have confirmed their presence in person.
The event will host various architects, engineers, developers, Industries, Hotels and other
organizations from across the state to be a part of this event.
We believe the industry and community need to see more such initiatives in this field and
more individuals and organisations need to join hands in not only sharing ideas but
implementing the solutions currently available to Reduce, Replenish & Recycle Water
